    Program Details

    • In order to ensure full alignment and proper compensation, ATC and Ambassador will agree upon each engagement up front and in writing, via our Agreement for Travel & Collaboration [ATC] Form. This includes the location, distance to travel, lodging required, etc.

    • At the discretion of ATC Mobility, an approved Ambassador may be contacted and requested to travel to showcase their vehicle at an event or to meet a potential client.

    Once Ambassador Engagement is Agreed Upon and Approved:

    • ATC Mobility will compensate Ambassador with any event registration costs for attendance (if required).

    • ATC Mobility will reimburse Ambassador for travel and demonstration time, and will be reimbursed for miles traveled (as calculated by Google maps).

    • If the engagement requires overnight lodging, the Ambassador will be reimbursed for their stay at a reasonable room rate based on the location, and upon presentation of a receipt.

    • Ambassadors must provide proof of vehicle insurance.

    • Ambassadors are independent contractors, not employees, and will receive a 1099.
