ATC Mobility is excited to return to the Abilities Expo Chicago, taking place June 12–14, where attendees will once again have the opportunity to experience a different approach to wheelchair-accessible transportation.
This year, ATC will be showcasing two wheelchair-accessible vehicles, including both our truck and SUV conversions, withlive demonstrations throughout the event.
It’s a fitting location for ATC. Just like adaptive climbing, our mission is centered around helping wheelchair users pursue greater independence, confidence, and adventure, whether that’s exploring the outdoors, commuting to work, traveling with family, or simply enjoying the freedom of driving.
Unlike many mobility solutions, ATC’s patented lift system allows wheelchair users to enter the vehicle without requiring a transfer. The lift raises the wheelchair user directly into the vehicle, where they can remain in their wheelchair throughout the journey.
For those who prefer to transfer into the factory seat, ATC vehicles support that as well. The result is flexibility and choice:
ATC believes mobility solutions should adapt to the user, not the other way around.
Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about the extensive engineering, testing, and safety investments behind ATC’s conversions.
Whether you’re considering a truck or SUV, you’ll have the opportunity to speak directly with the ATC team, see the lift in action, and determine which solution best fits your lifestyle.
Some of the most memorable moments at past expos have come when attendees experience an ATC vehicle for the first time. Seeing a wheelchair user rise into the driver’s position of a full-size truck or SUV often changes what’s possible in their mind, and that’s exactly why we exhibit.
If you’ve ever wondered whether a truck or SUV could fit your lifestyle, this is your opportunity to find out.
