ATC Mobility Launches Expert Dealer Program to Elevate Service Training for Dealer Partners

[Roanoke, IN,  July 10, 2024] — ATC Mobility, the leading provider of wheelchair accessible trucks and SUVs, is proud to announce the launch of its new Expert Dealer Program. This comprehensive training initiative is designed to educate and train local mobility dealer technicians to expertly service ATC’s innovative wheelchair accessible trucks and SUVs, ensuring top-notch service for local customers.

Traditionally skilled in servicing wheelchair accessible minivans, these technicians will now expand their knowledge to meet the growing demand for more rugged and luxurious mobility vehicle options like those offered by ATC Mobility. The program will cover the latest mechanical upgrades, new innovations, and other key aspects of ATC vehicles.

Program Highlights:

• Comprehensive Training: Technician coursework will feature visual presentations, as well as hands-on training with an actual ATC wheelchair converted truck.
• Sales Team Education: Dealer sales teams will receive the latest documentation, including sales sheets, owner manuals, warranty extensions, and information on vehicle value retention and trade-in.
• Certification and Resources: Upon completion, technicians will receive a certificate and a digital copy of the course information and videos. This content will also be available on ATC’s website Dealer Portal for easy reference by technicians.
• Strengthening Relationships: The ultimate goal is to build stronger relationships between ATC and local mobility dealers, fostering a new era of transparency and trust.
