Before recommending a vehicle or conversion, we need to make sure you and your wheelchair will fit safely and comfortably. Small differences in wheelchair dimensions, seating position and vehicle configuration can make a big difference, which is why every ATC journey starts with a Measuring Guide.

Manual Chair Measuring Guide Submission Form
Each precise measurement allows us to confidently proceed with your wheelchair conversion. This is the most important part of the process, because your fit equals your safety and comfort on the road.
(NOTE: You’ll also need to attach a picture of the person in their wheelchair at the end of the form)

This guide is to be used to determine if the client fits in the vehicle with the chair submitted. It is not to be used to determine if the driving position will be satisfactory to the client. ATC shall not be held liable for driving position issues.
